How a repair works.

  1. Step 1

Call or send a quote request

Tell us the RV, the symptom and where it is. You talk to the technician, not a dispatcher.

  2. Step 2

    Diagnose

In the shop or on site. We find the actual cause before recommending anything.

  3. Step 3

    Approve the estimate

You get a clear estimate before work starts. Claims go to your insurer or warranty provider first.

  4. Step 4

    Repair & test

Fixed by a Red Seal technician and tested on the system that failed before it goes back to you.

Insurance or warranty claim? We deal with the paperwork.

We work with adjusters and warranty administrators every week: damage documented, estimates in the format they expect, and the repair done once it's approved.

Insurers & warranty providers we work with

  • ICBC
  • FCCP
  • Cornerstone / Xtraride
  • SAL Insurance
  • Aviva
  1. Call before any repair starts.

Warranty plans need approval first. Work done before that often isn't covered.

  2. We inspect and document.

Photos, diagnosis and a written estimate go to your adjuster or administrator.

  3. Approved, repaired, done.

We coordinate with your provider through to completion.
